The City of Watsonville ("City") is now requesting proposals from qualified tow truck services through June 3, 2024. Pursuant to California Code Sections 12110 and 22671, the City is soliciting proposals for a Towing Service Agreement for the removal of vehicles at the request of the City of Watsonville Police Department. This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is open to all qualified providers, including contracted towing companies, who must re-apply under the attached Tow Service Agreement ("TSA"). All companies applying must agree to adhere to the TSA and all its conditions.
