The Town of New Milford Public Works Department seeks to hire a contractor for mowing, brush hogging, clearing and thinning/removal of brush and small trees on various Town properties as required by the Town. Bid price shall include all labor, materials and equipment in the unit price.The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids in part or in whole. The Town further reserves the right to use the next lowest bidder or responsive bidder should the low bidder not be able to begin service within the 30 day period from notice to proceed.
