Various Property Improvement and Construction Services for the CRA Grant Program - Pre-Qualification List

Description

The City of Hollywood, Florida Community Redevelopment Agency ("CRA") is seeking responses from qualified, licensed, and experienced contractors, to provide various property improvement and construction services for the CRA, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.The CRA is seeking to qualify multiple professional contractors (also referred to as “Respondents”, “Contractors”, or “Firms”) to provide various property improvement servicesThose firms who are interested in being considered should submit their response, also referred to as Statement of Qualifications or SOQ) in response to this RFQ shall comply with all requirements of this solicitation.Respondents must meet the guidelines provided in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Respondents are responsible for following the regulations of the available Federal, State, and Local funding sources including but not limited to documentation, legal processes, permitting, reporting, construction management, bid documents, and lien releases. This RFQ will result in a list of pre-qualified contractors to provide various property improvement and construction services for the CRA's grant programs.
