Description

Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic Request for Qualifications (RFQu) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer who will provide Project Title to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this RFQu.The City of Port St. Lucie is seeking qualified firms to provide Owner’s Agent services for the development of the Northport Campus Site Improvements. The project will be located at the existing Northport Booster Pump Station site and will include the design and construction of a new Facilities Maintenance Department building, along with supporting infrastructure and operational improvements for both Facilities and Utilities.The City intends to utilize a Progressive Design-Build delivery method for this project. The selected firm will support the City throughout all phases of the project, including procurement, design review, construction oversight, and project
