Utility Bill Processing

Description

Frederick County, Maryland (the “County”) is soliciting information from potential respondents to a Request for Proposal.  The Office of Procurement and Contracting is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) on behalf of the Division of Public Works, Division of Energy and Environment and Divisions of Water and Sewer Utilities to gather information related to Utility Bill Processing.  The project’s intention is to process utility bills as well as track data in order to maintain compliance with State BEPS regulations.The County is open to all solution ideas and information.  Respondents are encouraged to provide any information to assist the County better define the solicitation requirements.  This RFI process will include an on-site presentation.  Participation is voluntary and shall be at no expense to the County.
