BERGLA ND + CRAM ARCHITE CTS B+C PROJECT #25008.2 NORTH IOWA AREA COMMUNITY COLLEGE: UTILITY PROJECT SECTION 00 00 20 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS NORTH IOWA AREA COMMUNITY COLLEGE UTILITY PROJECT, MASON CITY, IOWA Public notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the North Iowa Area Community College at the Administrative Of f ice of Mr. Joel Pedersen, Administration Building, North Iowa Area Community College, 500 College Drive, Mason City, Iowa until 2:00 P.M. April 9, 2026, f or f urnishing materials and labor f or "North Iowa Area Community College: Utility Project." Proposals shall be directed to the Administrative Building Board Room at 500 College Drive. Proposals will be publicly opened by the North Iowa Area Community College, at the Administrative Board room at 2:00 p.m. time and place. On April 16, 2026, at 6:00 pm in the Administrative Building Board room at 500 College Drive., Mason City, Iowa, 50401 a public hearing will be held on the proposed plans, specif ications and proposed f orm of Contract f or the “North Iowa Area Community College: Utility Project”, Mason City, Iowa", and at said hearing, any interested person may appear and f ile objections thereto or to the cost of said improvement. Proposals will be acted upon by the North Iowa Area Community College Board of Directors immediately f ollowing the closing of the public hearing at the regularly scheduled board meeting on April 16, 2026, in the Administrative Board Room at 500 College Drive., Mason City, Iowa, 50401, or at such later time and place as may then be f ixed. There will be a Pre-bid project site walk-through, required f or prospective Bidders, to f amiliarize qualif ied bidders with the project area and scope. Bidder shall meet at the Administration building board room at 10:00 a.m., March 24 2026, f or a project review and tour of the project area. The method of construction shall be by Single Stipulated Sum Contract, and all work is to be done in strict compliance with the plans and specif ications prepared by Bergland & Cram Architects (and Consultants) Mason City, Iowa, which have heretof ore been approved by the Board of Directors and are now on f ile f or public examination in their of f ice and in the of f ice of the Of f ice of Secretary of the Board, Room 101J Administration Building North Iowa Area Community College. Bidders may obtain bidding documents f rom the designated Reprographic publisher – Beeline + Blue.
