Construction of intersection improvements to prepare the Ustick Road and Montana Avenue intersection for a traffic signal. Bidder is responsible for (but not limited to) all earthwork, export and import of materials, curb, gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramps on all 4 corners, underground traffic signal conduit to all 4 legs, utility coordination, traffic signal concrete base and footing improvements, storm drainage and other miscellaneous surface improvements. 2-way traffic on Ustick Road and Montana Avenue shall remain intact throughout the durations of the improvements by Bidder. Note: Bidder is NOT responsible for traffic signal materials procurement (including wire, poles, heads, ped buttons, cabinet and signal controller, etc.) or installation thereof. Traffic signal will be erected by City crews after the completion of Bidders responsibilities.
