STATEMENT OF PURPOSEThe West Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency (WSAFCA/Agency) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals ("Proposer") to provide professional engineering services. More details on WSAFCA's needs for this work are provided in the Scope of Work.Each qualified Proposer is to submit a proposal in conformity with the terms of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") by the deadline below ("Proposal").
