The County of Chester, Chester County Health Department, is requesting Proposals from federally qualified health centers and free clinics operating in Chester County, PA, to address unmet community health needs and health center infrastructure. Health center infrastructure includes workforce development and technology modernization only. Proposals are intended to support the Health Department’s public health mission.
