A 10.3 acre base liner construction (1x10-5 cm/sec clay, GCL, 60-mil HDPE, geocomposite, protective cover, leachate collection pipes). Contractor will be responsible for construction quality control (CQC) and surveying. Greenville County will provide Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) in a separate RFP.
