The City of Ridgefield is seeking qualifications for P26001: Union Ridge Parkway Rehabilitation to be received no later than Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.The City of Ridgefield is seeking qualifications from highly qualified firms to provide all pre-construction design services for the S Union Ridge Parkway Rehabilitation project. The City may elect to have the successful consultant perform construction engineering and inspection associated with the project as well.The project will design and construct improvements along S Union Ridge Parkway between S 5th Street and NE 10th Avenue. The improvements will include roadway repairs and resurfacing on approximately 0.88 miles of roadway. The work will consist of evaluation of the asphalt surface as well as the subgrade to determine where full depth repairs are needed. Roadway design shall meet current roadway standards and specifications. Scope of work may include, but is not limited to: HMA (hot mix asphalt) design, asphalt grinding, FDR (Full Depth Repair) areas and striping.All work shall be completed by December 31, 2026.Request for Qualifications packets may be viewed and downloaded via the City’s e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ridgefieldwa.
