Uniform Apparel for Fire Department

Description

In general, the successful bidder will provide various clothing items for the City of Pueblo Fire Department staff members (approx. 155 staff) on an as needed basis.  The awarded bidder must also provide assistance with sizing (as needed), individual staff member consultations (as needed), and monthly tracking of all transactions. The list of items and specifications are listed in the Specifications and Pricing Proposal sections of this bid although updates may be necessary based on availability, the needs of the department, updates to Fire Department programs, etc. An annual review will be required to review all purchases, update any uniform needs, and evaluate the agreement.All prices submitted must include  prices are to include setup, administration, labor, uniform items, materials, supplies, shipping/handling, delivery, travel if necessary, insurance, and equipment required to supply completed items as listed within this Invitation For Bid (IFB).
