Unified Communications and Telephone System Technology Refresh

Notice is hereby given that the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow (“BSB”) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a proposal for the Unified Communications and Telephone System Technology Refresh. Proposals will be received at or prior to 4:00 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time) on October 16th, 2026, at the Butte-Silver Bow Clerk and Recorder’s Office, 155 West Granite Street, 2nd Floor Room 208, Butte, MT 59701. The City-County of Butte-Silver Bow is requesting sealed Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the Unified Communications and Telephone System Technology Refresh. The respondent must demonstrate that it is duly registered in the State of Montana or be able to register. RFP will be posted on the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow website at: http://co.silverbow.mt.us/bids.aspx. The successful Respondent shall comply with all applicable Federal Regulations and Requirements, which include but are not limited to Section 3 Clause, Equal Opportunity Clause, Executive Order 11246 and 11624, Federal Labor Standards, and Civil Rights Act. Accordingly, the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow reserves the right to negotiate an agreement based upon fair, reasonable, and competitive rates, as well as the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept the proposal deemed to represent the best interests of the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow.
