Unarmed Private Security Services for Public Facilities and Activities

Description

The City of Turlock (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) is requesting Proposals for qualified vendors to provide professional, unarmed private security services to support public safety, customer interaction, and infrastructure protection, as appropriate to the Turlock City Hall, Roger K. Fall Transit Center and the Stanislaus Regional Water Authority (“SRWA”) facility. The Contractor shall be responsible for determining the staffing models, patrol methods, schedules, and operational practices necessary to meet the standards and service objectives set forth herein.This solicitation, which is administered by the City of Turlock (City) for the benefit of the City and SRWA, is expected to result in two agreements: one with each entity. The base term for both agreements shall be for a period of five (5) years.
