Utilities University Park Condensate Pipe Repair The Work consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 550 feet of existing condensate piping with pre-insulated carbon steel pipe. All work involves buried piping from Manhole 2 to Manhole 3 and from Manhole 3 to the University Park Building condensate pipe entrance.
