The City is proposing to develop plans to relocate, upgrade, and/or expand its water distribution system. The proposed project will consist of relocating and abandoning certain existing water lines that are in conflict with TXDOT's proposed improvements along US 281 (North of SH 186).All of the planning and design for the above proposed improvements will follow City of Edinburg & TXDOT requirements, and TCEQ Rules & Regulations.
