NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TUSTIN, as AGENCY invites sealed bids for theThis work shall consist in part of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals as required by the plans, specifications and contract documents for the above stated project. The work to be done hereunder consists of providing additional outdoor use area in front of the center, specifically additional patio space west of the existing shaded patio (3 existing parking stalls will be removed). Work will include new curb and decorative protective bollards at parking lot edge. Remove the old patio surface concrete and the raised concrete circle and repave. Miscellaneous improvements including minor or new/refurbished landscape and irrigation, stepping stones connection to street edge sidewalk, painting of all outdoor walls and metal fences of entire facility. In addition, the replacement of shade sail fabric as detailed on the plans and specified herein or as customarily necessary to complete the intent of the proposed work. Project location: Tustin Family and Youth Center (14722 Newport Ave., Tustin, CA 92780)
