The County of Tuolumne, through its Probation Department, is soliciting proposals from qualified service providers to deliver evidence-based substance use disorder (SUD) treatment and recovery support services for eligible individuals, including those impacted by opioid use and misuse. These services will be supported, in part, by California Opioid Settlement funds and are intended to expand access to treatment, reduce opioid-related harm, and promote long-term recovery through coordinated, client-centered care.Selected provider(s) will be responsible for offering comprehensive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive services that may include assessment, clinical treatment, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), counseling, relapse prevention, care coordination, recovery support, and linkage to community-based resources. Programs funded under this RFP must align with allowable uses of California Opioid Settlement funds and emphasize continuity of care, collaboration with the Probation Department and community partners, and service delivery models that support stabilization and sustained recovery.Proposers must demonstrate experience in providing opioid-specific and co-occurring behavioral health services, capacity to comply with applicable state and federal regulations, and the ability to collect and report outcome-based data. The Probation Department seeks providers who can support individual accountability and rehabilitation while contributing to broader public health and public safety goals, including reductions in substance use, recidivism, and opioid-related adverse outcomes.
