The County of Tuolumne, through its Probation Department, invites qualified persons and/or organizations to submit proposals to provide Batterers Intervention programming, pursuant to Penal Code Sections 1203.097 and 1203.098 regulations and stipulations as certified by the Chief Probation Officer. The department requires a provider be able to operate both a Men’s and Women’s program with Impulse Control/Anger Management components.
