The County of Lehigh will receive sealed bids until 4:00 P.M. Local Time, September 9, 2026 , and will publicly open said bids after 10:00 A.M. Local Time, September 10, 2026 , for providing TRASH COLLECTION SERVICES . Bid Submission: One (1) complete original and one (1) complete electronic copy (on a CD, flash drive or other generally accepted media) of your bid shall be delivered to the Office of the Lehigh County Controller, Mark Pinsley, Room 465 of the Government Center, 17 S. Seventh Street, Allentown, PA 18101 , enclosed and sealed in an opaque envelope, addressed to him and marked in oversized lettering, "Bid #26-023 for providing TRASH COLLECTION SERVICES" , according to this "Invitation to Bid". Questions: All questions and/or clarification requests shall be submitted through the Public Purchase website only, on or before 4:00 P.M., August 21, 2026 .
