SACOG is seeking contractor services to develop a plan that identifies and prioritizes the most critical transportation infrastructure projects to support economic growth and development of tradable industries in the Yuba-Sutter region. This project defines tradable industries as those that sell goods or services outside the area and bring in new dollars to the bi-county economy.The project work will be informed by a strategic partnership of Sutter and Yuba Counties, the Cities of Live Oak, Marysville, Wheatland and Yuba City, Yuba-Sutter Economic Development Corporation, Yuba-Sutter Transit, Yuba County Water Agency, Caltrans, and SACOG. The consultant will report to a Project Steering Committee consisting of representation from this partnership.
