Do the “Service Category Estimated Quantity” numbers on page 5 reflect annual or total contract volume? If total contract volume, does it reflect a three-year or five-year contract period? Answer: The estimated quantities shown in Section 9 – Pricing are estimated annual quantities and are provided solely for the purpose of evaluating bids. They do not represent actual usage and do not guarantee any minimum or maximum quantity of work during the contract term. 2. Please provide the annual or monthly word counts for the Core, Common, and Specialty languages for written translation, including breakdown per language if possible. Word count-based metrics provide the best insight into overall volume and allow per-word rates to be established in relation to the volume.
