The City of Charlottesville is seeking a qualified bidder to provide comprehensive, professional deep-cleaning services for its transit fleet, which includes buses and support vehicles. The objective of this project is to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance to enhance passenger experience, support operator safety, and protect the long-term condition of fleet assets.The successful contractor will perform bi-weekly interior deep cleanings and quarterly exterior cleaning and protective treatments, following all required safety, environmental, and performance standards. Work will be completed during designated access hours and must be executed with consistency, reliability, and attention to detail.The City is looking for a vendor with demonstrated fleet-cleaning experience, strong operational capacity, and the ability to deliver dependable, high-quality service. The selected partner must be able to accommodate changing fleet needs, maintain thorough documentation, and uphold the City’s commitment to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming transit environment.
