Transit Asset and Grant Management Software (SaaS)

Description

The Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG) is a voluntary association of governments and a Joint Powers Authority under California Government Code Section 6500 et seq.  Member jurisdictions include 22 cities and six counties:  the County of Sacramento (including the cities of Citrus Heights,  Elk Grove, Folsom, Galt, Isleton, Rancho Cordova and Sacramento); the County of Yolo (including the cities of Davis, West Sacramento, Winters, and Woodland); the County of Sutter (including the cities of Live Oak and Yuba City); the County of Yuba (including the cities of Marysville and Wheatland); Placer County (including the cities of Auburn, Colfax, Lincoln, Rocklin, Roseville and Town of Loomis) and El Dorado County (including the City of Placerville).SACOG is requesting vendors to provide a Transit Asset Management software program to collect and manage various categories of data pertaining to Sacramento six-county regional revenue transit vehicles, light-rail vehicles, facilities, and equipment inventory, maintenance/condition, and useful life. Vendors should be able to prioritize the six-county regional revenue transit vehicles, light-rail vehicles, facilities, and equipment based on rating and useful life in an order of replacement; and to develop a replacement plan based on various data and established criteria in accordance with federal and state regulations. In addition to collecting and maintaining various categories of data pertaining to federal and state funded grants; the successful proposer will demonstrate the capability to manage grant funding, administration, agreements, project monitoring, and funding as well as program compliance through the grant life in accordance with federal and state regulations.Within this RFP, the terms "consultant" and "vendor" are used interchangeable when referencing proposi
