The selected firm will serve as outside General Counsel to CityBus, providing timely legal advice, strategic counsel, representation, and risk management services supporting the agency's operations, executive leadership, and Board of Directors.The successful proposer shall demonstrate significant experience representing public entities, governmental agencies, municipal corporations, or public transportation agencies, with knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws governing public transit operations.
