Training Sole Source - Cloud Based Traffic Signal Timing Adjustments and Time of Day Coordination Plans

This is not a Request for Proposal, and no solicitation is available. The City's Parks and Recreation Department intends to purchase Training for developing coordination plans as well as assistance with coding into software, uploads and synchro - model updating specific to Village Pkwy, Crosstown Pkwy, and possible Tradition Pkwy, including monitoring of Becker Rd. retiming plan. The City plans to negotiate and award a contract to a single source under the authority of, and in accordance with, Florida Statue 287.057(3)(c). Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent will be considered solely to determine whether a competitive procurement process is warranted. Responses will not be treated as proposals, bids, or quotes.Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic Intake Request is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer who will provide Project Title to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this Intake.
