BID CALL Sealed Bids for the following project are sought:  2026 Maintenance of Traffic Control Equipment,  Highway Lighting, and Utility Locate Services General Project Description: The 2026 Maintenance of Traffic Control Equipment, Highway Lighting, and Utility Locate services will provide for maintenance of 88 traffic signal locations, J.U.L.I.E. locate services for Town owned electrical and communication facilities, and Maintenance of street lighting and electrical facilities in Uptown Normal and various other locations. Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked “2026 Maintenance of Traffic Control Equipment, Highway Lighting, and Utility Locate Services” at the following location before the following date and time: Office of Town Clerk  11 Uptown Circle  Normal, IL 61761 BID DUE DATE: Wednesday, September 16, 2026  BID DUE TIME: 11:00 AM Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Bid Due Time in Office of the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL 61761 This is a prevailing-wage project.
