Traffic Signal Equipment Procurement

The City is soliciting quotes for the purchase of the following traffic signal equipment, including cabinets, video detection system components, and accessible pedestrian signal (APS) push button equipment, as specified herein. All items shall be of the make and model listed to ensure compatibility with existing City infrastructure. No substitutions will be accepted.Vendors may submit pricing for any or all items. Award may be made by line item, and multiple contracts or purchase orders may be issued to different vendors based on the lowest responsive and responsible pricing for each item.The City further reserves the right to:Reject any or all quotes;Waive informalities or minor irregularities;Not award a contract; andIncrease or decrease quantities as needed to meet operational needs.Once the bid is awarded, a City of South San Francisco Purchase agreement must be signed by selected vendor and the City. A blank copy of the Purchase Agreement is attached.
