This includes expertise in traffic zone setup, work zone flagging, lane and road closures, providing uniformed police officers for special events and emergencies, and the implementation of detours for vehicles, bicycles, and pedestrians.Additionally, the City intends to solicit bids with Vendors that are experienced with creating traffic control plans. Comprehensive traffic control plans are essential for managing traffic effectively, reducing disruptions, optimizing traffic flow, and enhancing safety on public roads.
