Trade Package - SFO Boarding Area F Refresh Project - TP 01 - Core Trade Design Build - Passenger Boarding Bridges

Description

Design-Builder Firm Name: Hensel Phelps Construction Co. Project Overview:The Boarding Area F (BAF) Refresh Project at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) will reconfigure approximately seven (7) aircraft gate positions in Terminal 3, BAF to accommodate a mix of narrow-body and wide-body aircraft, including replacement of end-of-life Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBBs) and associated aircraft/gate systems. The Design-Builder is soliciting a design-build Core Trade PBB partner to participate during design phases to allow for the early procurement of PBBs to support the project schedule and gate activation timelines.  Work will be executed in a multi-phased manner to minimize impacts to airport operations, with the work generally not interfering with the use and operation of more than two gates at any time, and may require coordination of alternate gate operations (including potential modifications outside Boarding Area F and coordination of bus operations) as directed by the Airport.
