Troup County Shop TPO Overlay Project - RFP (10/3/2025) 2520 Hamilton Road, LaGrange, Ga 30240 (access to the Shop Building is off Hamilton Road – see attached Site Plan) (The Shop Building is/will be occupied) Shop Building – TPO Overlay Project (Scope of Work): • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Provide and install all required/necessary materials, supplies, labor, equipment, machinery, etc. for a complete TPO overlay project, per the scope of work. Remove the existing metal rake trim, flashing, and gutter/downspouts (as required). Provide and install 3” EPS flute fill insulation between the existing metal panel ribs. Provide and install one layer of 1” polyisocyanurate insulation (cover board) over the EPS flute fill. Mechanically attach one layer of 60 mil TPO membrane with welded accessories (Rhino Bond System) per the Manufacturers’ recommendations. Provide and install new metal trim & flashings & gutters & downspouts (as required). Provide and install new pipe boots, caulking, and sealants (as required). The color for the new TPO roof membrane = White. The color for all the new metal trim & flashings & gutters & downspouts = Bronze. All work shall be coordinated with Troup County Staff. All work shall comply with the applicable Building Codes. Provide a copy of all manufacturers’ product warranties (20-year warranty) and the contractor’s written warranty covering all labor, installation, and workmanship. Clean-up & dispose of all construction debris and/or trash. Contractor shall sweep the jobsite with a magnetic wheel to remove loose screws from the job site. Protect surrounding areas from damage & debris. Troup County (owner) is responsible for any/all permit requirements.
