In general, the successful bidder will provide towing for City fleet vehicles, Pueblo Transit buses and vehicles, and City equipment on an as needed basis. Submitted prices are to include all charges for labor, administration, materials, supplies, shipping/handling, delivery, insurance, tools, and equipment necessary to supply the services as outlined in the Scope of Services and terms within this IFB.
