RATH COUNTY OFFICE BUILDING 95 FRANKLIN STREET BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202 COUNTY OF ERIE, NEW YORK REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (“RFP”) RFP# 2026-046VF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) TO PROVIDE SOCIAL ADULT DAY PROGRAM SERVICES and OUT-OFHOME RESPITE FOR THE DEPARTMENT FOR THE AGING I. INTRODUCTION The County of Erie, New York (the “County”) is currently seeking Proposal Statements from qualified vendors interested in providing all-inclusive Social Adult Day Program Services and Outof-Home Respite Services for Caregivers assisted by the Department for the Aging Caregiver Services Program. The Department strives to support the Caregivers of Erie County by offering services to assist and provide respite to their loved ones. As the demand on caregivers increases, we seek providers able to provide social adult day services and/or out-of-home respite to our clients and caregivers at a competitive rate. Proposers interested in providing services to the Department are invited to respond to this request. It is the County's intent to select the Proposer(s) that provides the best solution for the County's needs. The County is seeking proposals from facilities that can provide different levels of care, appropriate to the client after a proper screening is completed. Any facility that is currently offering social adult day program services and/or out-of-home respite serves are invited to respond to this request. It is anticipated that multiple vendors will be selected to provide the requested services. The County will order services from selected vendors based on client/caregiver choice, level of care and service availability. The County reserves the right to amend this RFP. The County reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals, or any part thereof, submitted in response to this RFP, and reserves the right to waive formalities, if such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the County. The County reserves the right to request additional information from any proposer. The County reserves the right to award negotiated contracts to one or more proposers. This RFP is not intended and shall not be construed to commit the County to pay any costs incurred in connection with any proposal or to procure or contract with any firm.
