INTRODUCTION The Erie County Department for the Aging (ECFDA) is seeking proposals from eligible nonprofit organizations that provide Social Adult Day Services and Social Adult Programs serving older adults and adults with disabilities residing in Erie County, New York. The purpose of this funding opportunity is to strengthen, modernize, and expand the infrastructure of Erie County's Social Adult Network. Through targeted investments in facilities, technology, equipment, accessibility, safety, program delivery, and organizational capacity, ECDFA seeks to ensure that residents have continued access to high-quality community-based social engagement opportunities that support independence, wellness, and quality of life. Funding awarded through this initiative is intended to bolster provider operations and improve the sustainability and effectiveness of services available throughout Erie County. II. Each proposal shall be prepared simply and economically, avoiding the use of elaborate promotional materials beyond what is sufficient to provide a complete, accurate and reliable presentation. Must clearly state what level(s) of care Proposer provides. 2. One (1) original and one (1) electronic copy shall be submitted. Proposals MUST be signed.
