STATEMENT OF PURPOSEThe City of West Sacramento (City) Department of Economic Development and Housing is seeking proposals for Title and Appraisal Services.Each qualified Proposer is to submit a proposal in conformity with the terms of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") by the deadline below ("Proposal").
