Three Traffic Signals Project (CIP Nos. 8375, 8376 & 8377)

Description

The City of Vista (City or Agency) is soliciting proposals from qualified design-builder entities (DB) for the THREE TRAFFIC SIGNALS PROJECT – CIP 8375, 8376 & 8377 (Project). The first traffic signal project is located at the intersection of S. Melrose Drive & Dawson Drive (CIP 8375). The second traffic signal project is located at the intersection of N. Melrose Drive & Ascot Drive (CIP 8377). The third traffic signal project is located at the intersection of E. Vista Way and Franklin Lane (CIP 8376). The three traffic signals constitute the Project, and every requirement and provision in this RFP always apply to the three traffic signals, which are to be completed as one project. The selected design-build team (DB) will provide the City with project management, engineering design, construction and construction management services for the Project. This Request for Proposals (RFP) includes a description of the Project, scope of services, proposal requirements, criteria for selection and other relevant information.
