Qualified Firms are invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of a facility located at: Three Rivers High School 700 6th Ave, Three Rivers, Ml 49093 Before 1:30 PM am local standard time on the 15 day of April, 2025, for: 1.5 B. All bidders are required to furnish Bid Security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the Base Bid. Form of the security may be a bid bond, certified or cashiers' check made payable to Three Rivers Community Schools. This will be a guarantee that the bidder selected by Three Rivers Community Schools will furnish the required PLM Bonds; failure to do so could mean forfeiture of the Bid Security. E. Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be obtained from the office of the GMB's Website www.gmb.com under "BID SET". Bidding documents will be avaliable after March 18, 2025. Bidders may download drawings and specifications from the plan command site. Please note that contractors are responsible to review information on all drawings and specification. F. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. G. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. H.
