The City of Orlando Procurement and Contracts Division is pleased to announce that,&nbsp;effective July 1, 2026, solicitations will include participation under the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Local Business Enterprise (LBE) Preference Program. Details regarding the application of SBE/LBE preferences, participation requirements, and eligibility criteria will be included in the applicable solicitation documents.&nbsp;The program provides bid and proposal preferences for certified firms and when using certified subcontractors&nbsp;on eligible City procurements and contracting opportunities.&nbsp;Suppliers interested in participating are encouraged to obtain certification through the City of Orlando Business Development Division and learn more about the Program requirements and benefits.
