The District of Columbia (“District”) Department of General Services (“Department” or “DGS”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to solicit Contractors (“Contractor or Consultant”) approved by the District’s Department of Buildings (DOB) to provide special inspection services for the Department’s portfolio of projects. The Consultant shall provide special inspectionand material testing services in accordance with Applicable Document No. 1, District of Columbia Third Party Program Procedure Manual 2018 (Revised April 14, 2023) and Applicable Document No. 2, DOB Special Inspections Policy Manal.
