Third Party Administration Retirement Plan Services

Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract with qualified and experienced independent third party administrator(s) to provide comprehensive 403(b) and 457(b) Retirement Plan(s) compliance administration for the Supplemental 403(b) and 457(b) Retirement Plan(s) as outlined in this solicitation for 1Government Procurement Alliance Cooperative Members (Members) as needed.The third party administrator (TPA) must provide the scope of services listed below as well as consult with 1GPA Members should they require assistance in the selection of investment providers in the plan. The awarded TPA must be independent and not offer or sell investment products nor be associated with any investment provider company.If awarded a contract, and selected by the 1GPA Member, the TPA will collaborate with the Member’s existing 403(b) and 457(b) vendors/providers and agree to provide the following services in a satisfactory, timely, and professional manner, subject to any limitations imposed by 1GPA Member.
