This project seeks to engage a qualified contractor with at least five years of PVC fencing installation experience and a proven record of comparable projects. The District intends to award the ITQ in the best interest of The District.The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and permitting in accordance with the scope, specifications, and plans, and must deliver first-class workmanship meeting the highest industry standards. Work will commence upon Notice to Proceed, with substantial completion expected within 90 days, subject to approved extensions for permitting or unforeseen circumstances.
