The City desires to obtain the services of outside firms to provide the Parking Division with a dedicated, unarmed, nighttime security guard seven days a week, between the hours of 10pm and 6am. The selected organization will provide security services focused on the City’s parking facilities in the Downtown District to include Downtown East and West Parking Garages and Calle Principal Garage with less frequent service to the Cannery Row Garage located in the Cannery Row District.
