The City of Monterey, California Request For Proposals On-Call IDIS Services

The City of Monterey (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide on call U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) Professional Services for the 2025-2029 Five-Year Consolidated Planning Period.  The City is a charter city located in the County of Monterey. The City is a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Entitlement jurisdiction. The City also serves as the Housing Successor Agency for redevelopment.The City of Monterey (“the City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms with expertise in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) as it relates to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.  Consultants providing IDIS assistance must have complete competence in the program and be able to provide on-call assistance to staff and respond to emails in a timely manner to assist staff with IDIS deadlines.  As an on-call agreement, there is no guarantee of a specific amount of work.
