The City of Monterey, California Request for Proposal for Professional Services to Provide Facilities Condition Assessments

General work description: The City desires to obtain the services of outside firms or individuals to help the City determine existing condition of its facilities, identify upcoming replacement and upgrade needs, and assess existing maintenance performance. Additionally, the City desires a schedule for managing all City buildingassets with associated and escalated costs, and a priority list of energy/operational saving opportunities for upgrading to newer technology and systems.The selected organization will provide the full range of services including site inspection at each designated facility to identify conditions of the site, including, but not limited to: foundations, drainage, fire/life safety, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, flooring, ceiling, furniture, emergency generators, and ADA accessibility.
