Texas Ambulance Payment ProgramRFP NO. 23-24CITY OF KILLEEN, TEXAS The City of Killeen will receive Request for Proposals for Texas Ambulance Payment Program electronically through the City’s eProcurement Portal or addressed to the City of Killeen, Attn: Purchasing Division, 802 N. 2nd Street, Building E, 2nd Floor, Killeen, Texas 76541, until 3:00 p.m. central standard time on March 22, 2023. Proposal submissions shall be plainly marked with the name and address of the vendor and “RFP NO. 23-24 Texas Ambulance Payment Program, 3:00 p.m. CST March 22, 2023”.Submittals received after the closing time will be returned unopened.Vendors may register and submit proposals electronically at City's eProcurement Portal.The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from qualified respondents interested in providing the services described in this RFP. The successful respondent will work as a Consultant with the City of Killeen to analyze and report costs for charity care related to the Ambulance Services Supplemental Payment Program (ASPP) as administered by the State of Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). In addition, the Consultant will work on behalf of the City to establish an EMS average commercial rate program for Medicaid fee for service (FFS) and Medicaid managed care (MCO). Consultant will work with the Client to analyze and calculate average commercial rate data for the program to claim additional reimbursement for Medicaid FFS and MCO transports.RFP questions will be accepted on the City's eProcurement Portal, until 5:00 p.m. central standard time
