Design-Builder Firm Name: Turner Construction CompanyProject Overview:Terminal 3 West ModernizationThe goal of this project is to expand Terminal 3 by approximately 735,000 gross square feet and to renovate approximately 516,644 gross square feet of the existing facility. The terminal will remain in operation throughout the project and will require extensive phasing. This will include upgrading building systems, seismic retrofit, improving passenger flow, enhancing the passenger experience, and new gates to maximize flexibility.Trade Package No.: 173Trade Package Title: East Exterior WallDescription of the Trade Package Scope of Work: Turner is seeking to prequalify a subcontractor to deliver the complete scope of work for the East Exterior Wall, including design, engineering, preconstruction, and construction services, in alignment with the project requirements.  The scope includes metal stud framing, plaster, metal panels, glazing, and skylights.
