Services to include programming of space based on stakeholder input and interviews, completion of a bid/permit set of construction documents, bidding the construction TI though project completion and closeout. This is an informal selection process pursuant to Beaverton Purchasing Code Section 48-0210. The City seeks proposals that will enable the City to determine which contractor will best meet the City's needs.
