Office of Procurement August 22, 2024 RE: Intent to Award – Bid # UAPB A192-Temporary Staffing Services To All Respondents: The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff has completed its evaluation process for the abovementioned bid. The bid due date was August 20, 2024 at 11:00am. The University received (2) responses that was submitted. Noor Staffing Group was non-responsive for not submitting all mandatory documents listed in section 2.6 of the bid. The recommendation for award extends to Express Employment Professionals. Respectfully, this letter of “Intent to Award” serves as notification that contract negotiations will commence between Express Employment Professionals and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff with the goal of a fully executed Purchase Order/Contract to be issued by the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is thankful for the attention of each respondent, and for the time and effort expanded in responding to the IFB.
