Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQual), the City of Milpitas (City) is seeking to contract with multiple qualified vendors to provide temporary staffing services for the City on an as-requested basis. Qualified temporary staffing firms should have expertise in sourcing, screening, and providing quality personnel for a variety of positions, including but not limited to, such as administrative, clerical, professional, technical, and trade-related services within a condensed timeframe. Additionally, awarded vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal requirements with respect to minimum wage and prevailing wage, as may be updated from time to time.
