Temporary Public Health Officer

Description

The County of Lake Health Services Department is inviting Proposals for Temporary Public Health Officer Services. The Temporary Public Health Officer will carry out the functions of the Public Health Officer position for a duration of time while the County recruits a Public Health Officer. Upon appointment of a permanent Public Health Officer, the County may exercise the option to retain the services of the Temporary Public Health Officer as an Alternate Public Health Officer. The exercise of this option shall be at the County’s discretion and is subject to mutual agreement. The Contractor acting as the Contracted Temporary Public Health Officer shall have all the powers and duties of an appointed Public Health Officer while providing Contracted Temporary Public Health Officer Services for the County. Proposals should be submitted in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation, which are contained herein.
